TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing a commission, clients are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
General Terms &
Disclaimers
Characters and illustrations will be drawn in the artist's style.
The artist reserves full rights to the commission and may use it for promotions and in their portfolio.
The artist has a right to decline a commission request.
The artwork may not be altered by the client or any other parties unless permission is given.
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Do not resell and/or claim the artwork as your own.
Clients may print the artwork or upload it on their social media and personal website.
The artist's signature should not be cropped, erased, or altered.
Commission Process
Contact the artist through Twitter, Instagram, or email and provide a brief description of what you wish to commission. An order form will be sent once the request is approved.
Reference images are required. Additional information such as poses, props, etc. may be included.
Turnaround time is 1 to 3 weeks, not including the waiting period on the artist's commission queue. The client will be informed regarding the schedule.
Three small revisions are allowed before the final rendering. Additional charges will be included for further revisions depending on the complexity.
Updates and WIPs will be sent to clients.
UPDATE STAGES: Down Payment/Full Payment, Sketch, Color Plan, Details, Final Rendering
The finished artwork will be sent by email.
Payment
Payment will be accepted through Gcash, Paypal or Ko-fi.
50% of the total fee should be paid in order to be included in the artist's commission queue. Clients may pay fully upfront.
The remaining fee must be paid before the artist sends the finished artwork.
Refunds
Refunds will be given depending on how complete the commission is. Fully completed artworks will not be refunded.
